Dalmeny Springs Estate.

Reconfiguration of a Lot - 1 lots into 21 community title residential lots and new road. Access to the development will be from a new intersection on Dalmeny Street to the south via an internal road (common property).

Akron Civil & Drainage were awarded all civil & drainage works on this project and the project was completed in October 2019. 

All sewer, stormwater, water, road construction, retaining walls, concrete, footpaths, earthworks & fences are done by Akron.
