A boutique land development with incredible views over north Brisbane and across to Moreton Bay.  6 lot subdivision: 3 lots on Ibsen Street and 3 lots on Bundella Street. Lots range between 445m2 to 449m2. Provide all blocks with water and sewer connections.

Akron Civil & Drainage were awarded all civil & drainage works on this project and the project was completed in March 2020. 

All sewer, stormwater, water, retaining walls, concrete, footpaths, earthworks were completed by Akron.
